REVIEWABLE CONCLUSIONS / CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL CAPABILITY

EVIDENCE
BOUNDARY.

Verahelm exposes the decision contract, observable evidence, material assumptions, limitations, and conclusion. Internal tooling and derivation procedures remain confidential.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Reviewability does not require publication of Verahelm's internal mechanisms. Buyers receive enough evidence to inspect the decision without receiving the proprietary machinery used to structure the work.

01

DISCLOSURE MAP

VISIBLE OUTPUT / PROTECTED METHOD

THE LINE IS EXPLICIT

Inspect the evidence. Protect the machinery.

The signed scope controls the exact deliverables. This public description establishes the default division between customer-reviewable evidence and Verahelm's pre-existing confidential capability.

VERAHELM DISCLOSES

Decision evidence

  • Decision question and acceptance criteria
  • Authorized inputs and tested environment
  • Observable measurements and material failures
  • Assumptions and contrary evidence
  • Conclusion, limitations, version, and next test
VERAHELM KEEPS CONFIDENTIAL

Internal capability

  • Analytical models and derivation paths
  • Tool architecture and source code
  • Proprietary prompts and steering procedures
  • Detection heuristics and scoring transformations
  • Research notes and method-combination procedures
AGREEMENT CONTROLS

Exceptions to the default

  • Licensed or customer-specific materials
  • Reproduction detail appropriate to the scope
  • Customer confidentiality and data rights
  • Third-party and subprocessors terms
  • Return, retention, deletion, and permitted use

REVIEWABILITY CONTRACT

DECISION LOGIC WITHOUT ENABLING DISCLOSURE

WHAT A BUYER CAN CHECK

A conclusion must remain legible from evidence to action.

Every material recommendation is bounded by the tested population, environment, versions, controls, and acceptance rule. Unsupported transfer beyond that boundary is withheld.

01 / CONTRACT

Decision and gate

The record names the action under consideration, primary acceptance criterion, exclusions, stop rules, and people authorized to approve changes.

02 / OBSERVATION

Facts before interpretation

Measurements, exceptions, failed cases, and contrary observations remain distinguishable from inference and recommendation.

03 / VERIFICATION

Independent checks

Material scores or claims receive recomputation, replay, control, or a separate review path when the scope requires it.

04 / LIMITS

Where the answer stops

Open limitations, untested conditions, uncertainty, approved claim language, and the next discriminating test remain attached to the decision.

03

INDEPENDENCE + GOVERNANCE

TECHNICAL CONCLUSIONS ARE CONTROLLED

COMMERCIAL SEPARATION

No preferred sales outcome can rewrite the evidence.

Commercial coordination may support fit, scheduling, approved package descriptions, and written scope development. It cannot promise a favorable result, change an acceptance criterion, independently reinterpret findings, or expand the approved evidence claim.

04

CLAIMS BOUNDARY

DESCRIBE FUNCTION / DO NOT CLAIM MAGIC

DEFENSIBLE LANGUAGE

Purpose-built methods do not create guaranteed outcomes.

Verahelm may use internally developed analytical tooling, structured evaluation procedures, and confidential controls. Those facts do not imply universal superiority, certification, guaranteed failure detection, or a promised operational result.

SUPPORTED DESCRIPTION

Internally developed

Describes origin without making a comparative performance claim.

SUPPORTED DESCRIPTION

Controlled and quantitative

Describes a procedure only where the applicable scope defines its inputs, measures, and checks.

FRAMEWORK USE

Relevant, not universal

Public risk-management practices may inform an engagement when they fit the decision. Alignment or compliance is not implied.

NOT PROMISED

No guaranteed outcome

No certification, security guarantee, savings figure, accuracy level, speedup, or production success is promised by this page.

BOUNDARY QUESTIONS

BEFORE AN ENGAGEMENT

PLAIN-LANGUAGE ANSWERS

What the evidence boundary means in practice.

Can a buyer reproduce every internal step?

Not by default. The buyer receives the observations, controls, material calculations, limitations, version references, and decision logic required by the signed scope. Reproduction detail is provided to the level agreed without transferring Verahelm's pre-existing methods.

Can Verahelm keep adverse results private?

Material adverse observations inside the agreed decision boundary remain in the engagement record. Public disclosure of customer information is separate and requires authorization.

Does confidentiality make the conclusion unreviewable?

No. A reviewable conclusion states what was tested, what was observed, which rule was applied, what remains uncertain, and where the conclusion stops. Internal implementation details are not required to inspect those boundaries.

Who owns the final operational decision?

The buyer does. Verahelm provides a bounded technical evaluation, not certification, legal advice, or delegated authority over deployment and business decisions.

INDEPENDENT RESULTS / PRIVATE METHODS

Inspect the decision without exposing the machinery.
